Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner on 18.01.2017. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2017. He has got similar type of criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11922 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Darbhanga /Successor Court, in connection with G.O. Case No.51 of 2017, arising out of P.R.No.3 of 2017, Jale Circle, Darbhanga, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
