The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.669 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been arrested on the spot, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, West
