The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant was sitting in front of his Medical Hall on 03.11.2015 when the accused persons came variously armed and assaulted the informant. When the mother, grand maternal father and Munni Devi came to rescue they were also assaulted. It is specifically

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10542 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 alleged that petitioner Amarjeet Kumar snatched five thousand rupees and mobile from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. Except one injury of the informant other injuries have been found to be simple. The injury report does not suggest that from where 7th injury has been caused to the informant.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
