The Petitioner seeks bail in Kalekalan P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 47A/53 of Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act. It is alleged that informant received information that petitioner along with other accused were planning to commit dacoity. Thereafter the raid was committed and one loaded country made pistol and other articles as mentioned in the written report were recovered from his possession.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 30.07.2016.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th, Patna City in connection with Sessions Trial No. 749 of 2016, arising out of Kalekalan P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
