The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 dated 03.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 354B and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

After some arguments, Ms. Bela Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

Should such an application be filed on behalf of the petitioner, the court below shall take into account that earlier an informatory petition was filed against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13079 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 father of the prosecutrix and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present dismissal of the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

The anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
