2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act and 3 (2)(va) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
3. The prosecution case in brief is that this petitioner took the minor informant's daughter to his house and touched her private parts inappropriately.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12902 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 case. The petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2025 and he claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah/ concerned court in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No. 24/2024.
