In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 376, 379, 498A, 420, 493, 504, 406 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is the wife of elder brother of the husband of the victim and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the victim.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10578 of 2015 (3) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 of four weeks in connection with Mahila P.S.
