JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation of active participation of the petitioner in the commission of the murder of the nephew of the informant, namely, Vishal Rai, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
