1. Heard the parties.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 849 of 2019 which got dismissed for default due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 23.11.2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that previous counsel appearing for the petitioner failed to send message with regard to the aforesaid order dated 23.11.2023 to the petitioner as such the case stood dismissed.

4. The peremptory order was to be complied within two weeks, but the petitioner failed to comply the same. Even, restoration application has been filed after three years.
