The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR the petitioner did not deposit the entire rice of the paddy handed over for the same. The petitioner has stated in para 11 of the bail petition on oath that he had already deposited the entire due amount as mentioned by the informant and no dues certificate has already been granted.
