The petitioner is accused in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 448 of 2016, registered under Sections 420, 408, 120B and 381/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly petitioner is the Cashier of Ujjiwan Financial Services Limited and on 02.12.2016 he handed over the charge of cash and bolt to Atul Kumar, who on next day opened the bolt and found the shortage of Rs.8,00,000/-. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.12.2016. No.6076 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
