2. Heard Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Prasad Chaudhary, learned counsel for the Multi State Cooperative Land Development Bank Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Bank').

3. In view of the decision of a Special Bench of this Court in The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.830 of 2019 dt.23-06-2020 2/2 State of Bihar reported as 2014 (1) PLJR 695, by which it has been held that writ application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is not maintainable against a Cooperative Society and the Bank, being a Cooperative Society, the present application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to the grievances raised in the present writ application.
