After the decision in the case of Ramshish Tiwary which was approved by the LPA Court in LPA No. 756 of 2015 whereby several writ petitions were allowed and disposed of in the light of the decision in Ramashish Tiwary case. Reference in this connection may be made to the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7255 of 2018 and one C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3880 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 No. 1936 of 2020.

In order to maintain consistency, the writ application is also disposed of with a direction of the respondents to verify the case of the petitioner and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of Ramashis Tiwary or C.W.J.C. No. 7255 of 2018 or C.W.J.C. No. 1936 of 2020 similar benefit should be extended to this petitioner, keeping in view of the decision of the Division Bench passed in LPA No. 756 of 2015 and other cases mentioned hereinabove at the earliest, preferably within a period of (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
