The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1315C of 2019 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 354B, 354 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the accusation against the petitioner of molesting the prosecutrix, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him notwithstanding the fact that the mother of the petitioner has earlier lodged a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10464 of 2020(4) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 against the relative of the prosecutrix.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below, it shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition on behalf of the petitioner has not been entertained.
