This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 236 of 2021 (Special Case No. 10 of 2021) for the offence punishable under Section 21-C of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner is said to have involved in illegal business of codeine syrup. He has similar criminal antecedents also. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
