The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.60 of 2018 registered under Sections 392/395/412(added) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of committing loot of the truck loaded with goods.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the police got recorded the confessional statement of the coaccused Dhiraj Kumar, who confessed his guilt and also disclosed the name of the petitioner and others having hand in the alleged crime. Further submission is that the goods, which

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District-Patna, in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No.60 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
