JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For issuance of a writ of mandamus and / or any other writ or writs, direction or directions upon the respondents to grant J.P. Senani Samman Pension to the petitioner under J.P. Senani Samman Yojna of the Government of Bihar, Department of Home (Special Cell) vide Resolution no. 525 dated 15.07.2015 published in Bihar Govt.

(Extraordinary) dated 17.07.2015 para kha,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17346 of 2016(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Ga, Gha, Nga, Cha, Chha on account of the petitioner having been arrested by the local police of Desri police station on 24.08.1975 under the orders of the District Magistrate, Vaishali under MISA (YID) and sent to the Central Jail, Muzaffarpur, and thereafter released from the aforesaid Jail on 25.021.1977 under the orders of the Department of Home (Special Cell), Govt. of Bihar.

(ii) For quashing of the impugned order contained in Letter No. N/J.P.Ko Pen -29/2015- Gri Vi 507 dated 13.07.2015 issued by the Department of Home (Special Cell) Government of Bihar i.e. Annexure- 4.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
