2. The petitioner is in custody registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 327, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of assault upon the informant by means of iron rod and lathi indiscriminately.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. He next submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the doctor has found swelling and tenderness at left temporal region of skull caused

No.16110 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 by hard and blunt substance reported to be grievous in nature and the injury report of the injured informant referred in para-34 of the case diary reveals fracture on arm and ring finger reported to be grievous in nature which are non-vital part of the body and not fatal to his life. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2023. 5.
Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.338 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Araria.
