By way of filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Kadirganj P.S.Case No.94 of 2014 registered under section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the First Information Report do attract the ingredients of the offence alleged, which is cognizable in nature.
