In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 136 of 2008 registered for offences under sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 324, 452, 380, 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 32582 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 20.8.2016, rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody.

The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Basudeo Chaudhary, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
