The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.125 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 337, 338, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant's father by Khanti and the injured sustained corresponding injury on his head, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
