Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that while she along with her father was returning home after withdrawing the amount of Rs. 10 lakh, in the meantime, two miscreants on motorcycle came near and snatched the bag containing the aforesaid amount and fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the

The petitioners are not named in FIR rather they have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Neither the petitioners have been put on TI Parade nor looted amount has been recovered from his conscious possession rather his name has been dragged in this case on his self confessional statement in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 576 of 2022. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in custody since 30.9.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioners, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 498 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna.
