Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar Sharasa P. S. case no. 666/2014 registered under sections 323, 341, 420, 406, 467, 468, 511/34 of the IPC.

Prosecution story is even if taken into consideration, then also, there is only allegation against this petitioner that he transferred the land in favour of the petitioner beyond his legal share. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
