JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2022 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.09.2020 passed in CWJC No. 7292 of 2020, ultimately the contemnors have decided to purge the contempt by issuing LOI dated 10.09.2022 in favour of the petitioner and the only error which appears to be there in the LOI is that the name of the block for which dealdership has been granted, has been wrongly

Patna High Court MJC No.838 of 2021(10) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 mentioned as Gogari instead of Block- Chautham. The learned Senior counsel for the contemnors submits that the same be ignored and the name of the block be read as Chautham.

In such view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, the present petition stands disposed of.
