JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(ib)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is said to be in jail custody since 13-11-2016.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13062 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 Magistrate, Supaul subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
