Petitioner retired from the post of Khalasi with effect from 30.06.2018 from the office of the respondent no. 3, the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Mechanical Division, Darbhanga. He claims payment of gratuity, leave encashment, GPF and revised fixation of pension after grant of Assured Career Progression and other retiral dues. Considering the nature of claim, made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3, which will be disposed of within a period of three months of its presentation. Any amount due would be paid to the petitioner within two months thereafter. If certain
