This application under section 482 of the Cr. P.C. is directed against the order dated 08.10.2007 passed in Cr. Revision No. 243 of 1995 whereunder the 1st learned Additional Sessions Judge, Araria dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision affirming the order dated 14.06.1995 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Araria in Case No. 1015M of 1989/34M of 1990 in a proceeding under section 145 Cr. P.C. holding the possession of the member of First Party-Opposite Party no.4 with direction to member of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52203 of 2013 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 Second Party-petitioner to not create disturbance over the land in dispute.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under section 482 Cr. P.C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
