The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur (Waini OP) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

842 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van and this petitioner was identified by village Chowkidar while fleeing away from the place of recovery. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as
