JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Puraini P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the sister of the informant Priti Devi with Gransa on her head. Case diary has been received.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that in paragraph-19 of the case diary doctor has found two injuries on the person of the injured Priti Devi caused by hard and blunt substance which are simple in nature. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 8.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4440 of 2017 (3) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Puraini P.S.
