JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(1) For quashing the notices dated Nil passed by the Circle Officer Tekari Gaya in encroachment case no. 4/16- 17 by which the aforesaid petitioners have been directed to remove encroachment prior to 19/11/2016 otherwise encroachment would be removed by the administration and the cost could be realized and legal action would be taken against them. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of the aforesaid grievance of the petitioners.
