JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(1) For quashing the notices dated Nil passed by the Circle Officer Tekari Gaya in encroachment case no. 4/16- 17 by which the aforesaid petitioners have been directed to remove encroachment prior to 19/11/2016 otherwise encroachment would be removed by the administration and the cost could be realized and legal action would be taken against them.
