JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 393 of 2015, registered under Section 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making demand of ransom of Rs.50,00,000/- by this petitioner through mobile no. 8877161763 to mobile no. 9431217313 of the informant. The informant raised suspicion about killing by the petitioner and co-accused Munna Mishra, who is in jail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to declaration of election, the order was passed to withdraw the Bodyguard of the informant but with mala fide intention informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14261 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 lodged the present case making false allegation against the petitioner only for providing Bodyguard. Moreover, in the present case, petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.
