Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 registered under Sections- 399, 402, 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested and his signature was taken on plain paper which was used as his confessional statement. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2016, 26.09.2016 & 14.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 34120 of 2016, 38085 of 2016 & 49986 of 2016 respectively.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6699 of 2017 (3) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Muiffasil) P.S.
