2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the mother in law of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized on 05.05.2023 and the deceased has been killed for demand of dowry after torture.

4. Material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is in jail since 24.11.2023.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14912 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
