This application for regular bail arises out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019. From his possession, the police are said to have recovered one country-made pistol and five live cartridges. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been unnecessarily implicated in the present case for reasons which are not known to the petitioner. Be that as it may, since there is no allegation against the petitioner of any use of the arms in question and since he has

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Masaurhi at Patna, in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/ Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
