2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 201, 120(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Mr. N.K. Agarwal, learned senior counsel for the petitioners on instruction from his instructing counsel submits that trial has begun and five witnesses have been examined.

4. Mr. Dinesh Jha, learned counsel for the informant has submitted that seven witnesses have been examined.

5. There is no dispute that the trial is continuing and
