This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent/s to dispose the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 07.06.2019 which was filed pursuant to order dated 23.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 22041 of 2014 and also to appoint the petitioner on the post of panchayat teacher. 3 . In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3640 of 2022(4) dt.19-11-2024 2/2 concerned respondent i.e. respondent no. 3/ the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 07.06.2019 (Annexure - 1) and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order.
