JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In view of the enquiry report, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Child Development Project Officer, Mushahari Sadar, District Muzaffarpur for payment of her salary for the period, she has actually worked.
The writ petition is disposed of a direction to the respondent-Child Development Project Officer, Mushahari Sadar, District Muzaffarpur to examine the claim and if it is
Patna High Court CWJC No.882 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 found that the petitioner has performed her duty continuously, C.D.P.O shall see that payment of her salary must be made for the period in question.
