2. The present contempt petition has been filed for initiation of contempt of Court proceedings against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience and non-compliance of the Judgment dated 05.10.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10264 of 2018 by this Court.

3. Upon perusal of records, it transpires that in compliance judgment dated 05.10.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.580 of 2024(3) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 10264 of 2018 by this Court, the respondent authorities have passed reasoned order which is annexed as Annexure-RA of the show-cause vide memo no. 838 dated 01.03.2024.
