JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vijaipur Police Station Case No. 147 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 345A and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant. Although, it is contended that the present case has been lodged in retaliation of Vijaipur Police Station Case No. 146 of 2014, but I am not at all convinced with the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail petition in connection with Vijaipur Police Station Case No. 147 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10372 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gopalganj stands rejected.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U
