The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Mithanpura P.S. Case No.251/2015 registered under Sections 363, 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned SDJM (East), Muzaffarpur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the informant has married with the petitioner and both are major, hence, no offence is made out. This Court is not inclined to interfere into the matter at this stage. Moreover, there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of the investigation.

Accordingly the application is disposed of with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12664 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions after submission of final report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
