Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "(A) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction quashing the order dated 29.11.2019 passed in supply Appeal no. 41/2019 filed by the respondent no. 2 the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihai by which the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed and the order dated 1.6.2019 passed by the respondent no. 3 the Sub Divisional Officer Sikrahna at Dhaka, Cancelling the P.D.S. licence no. 20/2007-2008 of the petitioner has been affirmed as contained in Annexure-7 to this petition.

(B) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction quashing the order issued under memo no. 134 dated 01.6.2019 by the Sub Divisional officer Sikrahna at Dhaka District East Champaran by which the licence no. 20/07-08 of fair price shop

Patna High Court CWJC No.5912 of 2020 dt.23-11-2021 2/2 under public Distribution system of the petitioner has been concelled as contained in Annexure-6 to this writ application.

(C) For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction commanding the respondents to restore licence no. 20/2007-2008 under Public Distribution system of the petitioner and to allow the petitioner to run her said shop as usual.

(D)For any other relief /reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled the opinion of this Hon'ble court."

Petitioner has approached this Court without availing the statutory remedy of revision against the impugned order, as such, liberty is granted to petitioner to file revision against the impugned order before the Revisional Authority and if any such revision is filed within 4 weeks, then revisional authority shall condone the delay in filing the revision as the matter remain pending before this Court and shall decide the revision petition on its own merit preferably within 8 weeks from the date of its filing.
