By way of the present application, the petitioners seek restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 83901 of 2019, which stood dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for restoring the case to its original file is allowed.
