The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of making assault to the informant and committing theft of Rs.10,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury report is not on record, a statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 7 of the petition. A statement has also been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

No.15385 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S.
