Since the relief is sought against a Cooperative Society this Court would not exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Counsel for the bank, however, fairly submits that under orders passed in some other writ proceedings the issue of some other similarly situated, as the petitioner, is being considered by respondent No. 4 and that the petitioner's would also approach the authority for consideration.
