====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents.
This application under Article 227 of the Constitution is directed against the order dated 01.06.2011 passed in Title Suit No. 483 of 2008, whereby the learned SubJudge-VI, Gopalganj refused to admit photocopy of the sale deed in evidence with observation that the photocopy of the sale deed, which is said to be basis of the case of the plaintiff, could be exhibited for identification and accordingly, disposed of the application dated 02.05.2011 of the plaintiff-petitioner. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for
Patna High Court CWJC No.12094 of 2013 (2) dt.27-09-2016 2/2 interference in extraordinary jurisdiction. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
