Mr. Purushottam Jha Mr. Vikash Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 Claim of the petitioner is for benefits of second and third time bound promotion with effect from 12.04.2005. Since the relief is sought against a Cooperative Society this Court would not exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Counsel for the bank however fairly submits that under orders passed in some other writ proceedings the issue of some other similarly situated, as the petitioner, is being considered by respondent No. 4 and that the petitioner's claim would also be considered as per admissibility.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4560 of 2016(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 In view of the said submission no further orders are required to be passed.

The writ petition is dismissed.
