The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted and abused the informant. On being protest made by the brother of the informant, Satyendra Singh caused injury by the butt of the pistol.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific overtact against the petitioner. The accusation is on the background of serious land dispute. There is counter version of the occurrence. Statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5883 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
