2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot at the victim which hit the victim. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2023.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner has used fire arm, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
