This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The first information report relating to offence of robbery is against unknown criminals. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
