JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that after 25 days of the occurrence, the present case was registered at the instance of the informant. The petitioners is in custody since 7.11.2018.

No.15570 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that there is delay of 25 days in lodging the case and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent , let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018.
